Internet Explorer: Version 1-10, a dive through history

I can sum it up rather quickly: 1-7 was crap (to be fair though, 1-6 were the days of a young internet where not much was really required of it, and at least 1-4, perhaps 5, were in the pre-malware infestation days). 8 was on the fence, 9 was arguably the best release ever, and 10, well, unless you're on Windows 8, there's not that much improved upon, imho. It looks to be a beefier 9.

 

IE5 was awesome, the last IE I used before jumping to Phoenix.
