Hi I'm using Private Firewall. Sometimes I play online games like Counter-Strike 1.6 and during then I'd like to disable internet for all applications except the game, so that it will run smooth without any lag.

Also after playing the game I'd like to turn on internet access for other applications

Is there a setting in Private Firewall that allows me to do this? If not, is there any firewall that can do this?

Unless you do heavy uploading near the max. of your connection limit, then you will not improve the latency in any significant way.

nothing more simple than this: exit those programms.
if you block those they might bother you with annoying warning popus

Get a better internet connection so you dont have to worry about latency issues caused by a single application.
