Internal product configuration

    I received an e-mail saying that the internal product configuration has been corrupted and that all the settings have been set to their default. Not knowing what this meant, I re-installed 2010. Same e-mail is there.
    Also, I am unable to register it, even tho it says it's good until Sept, 2011.

    I've seen a similar event on one of my installations. Right now it's in the hands of support for my case. It would be worthwhile to generate a support ticket (Preferences>Advanced tab>Report a problem link to website) for this, that might speed resolution in that common factors could emerge.
