Interactive mode in ESS

    Hello,
    there is some problem with ESS in the interactive mode :
    When any application tries to connect , there is no pop-up windows = > it is blocked.
    I tried to make rules mannually , but they doesn't work.
    After downloading new version (3.0.669) , I fully uninstall ESS , delete all settings, and install new version. Nothing happened..
    I think , that trouble is in Windows, but don't know what can it be..
    Registry? Some system files? or something else..

    Btw, i've got windows xp service pack 2..
    On my another comp with vista x64 i've never got this kind of problem

    Try enabling logging all blocked connections and check your firewall log for details when a connection attempt is blocked automatically.

    "Detected ARP cache poisoning attack" - that , what the log say.
    Tried to deselect this type of attack detection,
    Tried ipconfig /flushdns.
    Nothing : \
