They probably wouldn't even buy it, as SkyGrabber's been cracked long time. Just need the right hardware.

The U.S. government has known about the flaw since the U.S. campaign in Bosnia in the 1990s, current and former officials said. But the Pentagon assumed local adversaries wouldn't know how to exploit it, the officials said.

Arrogance doesn't begin to describe this. Deploying a weapon like that and not encrypting its data feeds is the height of stupidity. I wonder how many of our other "high tech" weapons are vulnerable because of such arrogant assumptions.
