I've installed a second disc on my computer and want to install NOD32 on it, but I plan to keep using the old disc, which already has NOD32 on it, until I gradually get everything transferred over to the new one and all the configurations right, etc. When I install NOD32 on the new one, will it detect the installation on the old disc? Will there be conflicts of some sort?

Well , you can't run or if you can you really should NOT run two installation .
Uninstall the program , reboot and install it again on the new disk . As you know the AV will work in real time , it is not only files on a disk.

You won't have problems installing NOD32 on a disk , which is not the one MS Windows is install on
