Installation Problems from a beginner!

    Installation Problems: A beginner seeks help!

    Trying to install True Image 9.0 on my laptop (Chinese Win XP) I keep getting a message saying: "The installer was interrupted before Acronix True Image could be removed. You need to restart the installer to try again."
    The wizard then returns to the initial installing screen.
    I am never able to get beyond this point in the installation.
    What could possibly be the reason? What can I do to fix it? :'(

    As you may have read on this forum, there are many incompatibilities with ver 9. Maybe what you are expreriencing is just another one. Try getting version 8 build 937. This seems to be the most successful one.
