Installation error

    Just downloaded new free version to upgrade older version. I keep getting an error during install: An error occurred while trying to create the directory
    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

    I have ownership as far as I can tell.

    Hi silat,
    Any chance one of your other security apps is blocking the installer? Try shutting down all the other security programs and then retry the install and let me know the result.
