    I want to ask a question ? Can a person add more cell phone storage memory space so I can get more space availability and stop the notification alerts that I'm at full capacity capabilities within my storage of 3gb

    To OP, you really should try to help yourself, and if you don't understand, then seek help. I just took a screenshot of the search parameter I made in Google, and it seems appropriate. Google can be most helpful.
