When I click on the Amon red cross icon a screen appears of which one of the lines states "infected" and the numeric count of infected files across from it.

Today the numeric count was at 60 but I could not find the names of the "infected" 60 files. My log file only tracks actual scans.

What is the secret to seeing the infected files per the Amon icon?

    thank you.

The numbers displayed in Amon's main window are only statistics. A log file for resident protection becomes inaccurate quite quickly. You should always rely on the normal scanner when checking if a system is clean.
