Incremental Backup

    I wish I would have seen this forum before I purchased Acronis 9. I read such good reveiws of version 8, I decided to buy it.
    What a headache!!!!!
    This what I get now on trying to do an incremental backup

    An error screen and the operation stops.

    AppName: trueimageservice.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.2277 ModName: trueimageservice.exe
    ModVer: 9.0.0.2277 Offset: 0004690b

    Please create screen shots of your actions when you try to cerate an incremental backup and a screen shot of the error message, then please send all the information to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread.     This frustrating. The error message is in the previous post.
    Today however the "manually" scheduled task of an incremental backup worked with no error screen. I also have the latest build 2277.
