Incorrect # of licenses

    I just purchased and installed ESS 4 last night. Registration went w/o a hitch, however when I received my ESS purchase information email with user name and password, I noticed that number of licenses is 1, when I clearly bought the 3 license version. I haven't installed on any other machines besides this one. Should I contact ESS or try to install on another machine?

    Did you purchase directly from ESET's US office? If so, I would suggest calling the customer service department in the morning to check the size of the license. You can reach the office toll-free at +1 (866) 343-3738.

    Thanks for the reply

    I received an email from customer care today stating they were sorry for the confusion but they confirmed that I have 3 licenses.
