    Oh and one more thing. As my wife has said i have been good boy :D she has been out and brought me a new monitor the samsung sync master 152v Which just goes to show even when things appear to be going wrong one day the next you get surprise's like that :D

    The Windows Installer can sometimes get confused. I'm glad to hear that you resolved your problem. For future reference, you may wish to know about the Microsoft Windows Installer CleanUp Utility. When you run this utility, it will provide a list of all installer/uninstaller entries it knows about. You can then select one or more of the erroneous entries and hit the "remove" button and it will clear them out. This should be helpful for situations like you encountered.

    This forum looks completely different in color tone to the old monitor. The difference in this new monitor is unbelievable
