I think that if I'd known that I might have purchased another IFW license. I was looking for an imaging app that I could use with a PE. But, as it is, I am happy with Drive Snapshot.

And we'll all be happier when Markymoo releases his app. But there is nothing wrong with running DS from a PE. It makes restoring easy. So what if it takes a minute or two longer to boot. That's a small price to pay for the simplicity that a PE provides.

You think you could give him a little push?

Be happy...It´s great and especially with Markymoo´s terrific frontend...For me, as a FDISR user, I use imaging as a "backup of backups" and really seldom have to use an image restore...But, in case I have the option secured on another drive...

    Thanks Everyone!

I just started Trials of Image for Windows and Image for DOS. I just successfully restored a bootable DVD image (made with Image for Windows) and am pleased with the results. I will restore an image file with Image for DOS tomorrow. If that goes well I will make the purchase.

    TheKid7,

If you decide on IFW/IFD, consider the "Special Bundle" for another $10. You will then have BING which is one of the most useful apps I've owned.
