This is what I would've done different, still it's a nice set up just the same.
An unnecessary expense and security risk, unless it has built in encryption.

If your going to get his MB, might as well max it oout with 24GB of memory and at least 4 video cards, 7 would be best.
I would avoid this card for high performance. Stream Processors: 1536 Stream Processing Units. Half of what you could have with:
    PowerColor LCS AX6990 4GBD5-WM4D Radeon HD 6990 4GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1
Advantage is it comes with a waterblock from the manufacturer, and has Stream Processors: 3072 (1536 x 2) Stream Processing Units
If you can pickup 2 or more of the Powercolor, so much the better.
    According to Newegg, the # of connectors are 4 8pin x 4 6pin.
Using this PS with the powercolor graphics cards would limit you to 4 cards maximum, each card requires 2 connectors.

Maybe try a Swiftech or Zalman water cooling system instead of Thermaltake.

Anyhow, I like how your thinking, raw power.

No post back after a month, what games you been playin on it?
Any graphics rendering or video editing?
