I want to thank Ilya Toytman for the excellent support that he provides in these forums. He really does a great job. He responds to technical issues, general usability questions, confused musings of newbies (like me ), and just about any other type of thread. He offers ideas, discussion and solutions. He posts here frequently, including weekends, and his tips or solutions are often received days sooner than replies from Acronis Support, which further increases the value of Ilya's contribution. I have personally benefitted from Ilya's involvement, and I've seen that many others do as well. Acronis is lucky to have Ilya, as he is a very positive ambassador for their company. Thanks Ilya!
