I saw this news on a Malaysian newspaper.

I went to their website, http://www.ikonasoftware.com , and they claim "Ikona is the Only Malware Attack Prevention System [MAPS] in the world today that prevents attacks from known or unknown viruses and all other types of Malware threats including Hackers without the use of the Internet, Databases, Signatures Updates or Heuristics."

Wow,.... Big claims. Wonder if it's HIPS, or some new technology?

    Anyone heard of it?

"Ikona has reported a 100% success rate in identifying and removing all Malware."

I'd love to know how it identifies and removes Rogue AVs without database updates.
