    I am not sure I understand your point, as far as I know the submission of detections is optional, you can set NOD not to submit files if you so choose, as for being able to stop a heuristic detection, the file or folder can be excluded, so what is the problem? As you alluded to heuristic detections are going to pick up files that are not always correct, some files do things that are or could be considered malicious and should not be allowed unless you are sure of the result. So yes, false positives are going to occur particularly in AVs like NOD that have such strong heursitics, submit them and Eset will fix the detection simple as that, I just don't see a problem with that. Are you suggesting that Eset should allow YOU to manipulate NOD and correct the detection yourself? NOD already offers more options and customization than most other AVs by allowing you to determine the use of definitions, heuristics, when and what type of files should be scanned, howNOD alerts you, how much it communicates with Eset, which modules you want or don't want installed, the amount of options is extensive. I don't see a need to allow customers to fix their own FPs, what is it you wish Eset should do that they are not?
