I use Simple Adblock and InPrivate Filtering. I can say this for sure, Simple Adblock in no ways can compare to running AdblockPlus for Firefox. It's not as powerful as Adblock Plus. Yea it may say that it uses the same filtersets but from my testing it misses more than half the ads that ABP gets. Why, I don't know

You are welcome for the help and tips, etc :thumb: Better to have IE safe when you use it than to find surprises, otherwise.

    Regards,

I've had a look at Simple Adblock, I didn't realise it was a new Microsoft extension. Sorry, I thought when you said 'simple adblock' that you were referring to a technique rather than an actual extension. A friend of mine who knows absolutely nothing about computers & who uses IE 8 (Vista) exclusively asked me to download it onto their computer for them. It is a beta but it does seem to work & is quite 'simple' LOL! :thumb:

Hi guest, that link you give ~ dodownload.com has an amber warning by WOT. I know it doesn't always mean anything but I just thought I'd say.
