I want to go back to Kaspersky Free again, but I'm remembering the start up issues I had.

    I would get the issue with Kaspersky not loading on start up, even trying to force shut down would not do anything. Is there any way to fix this? If I could I could go back to this program.

    have you asked the kaspersky support you probably paid for?

    You don't need a paid version to be able to participate in Kaspersky Support Forums. (You will need to register for the Forums.)
