    Hi , i use ptpp vpn , i disable ipv6 , delete cookies flash , normal cookies ,
password , i change my dns , and use VPN lifeguard to avoid IP leaking .

The problem is when JAVA is active , i check on test full anonimity http://ip-check.info/?lang=en and detect my 2 network , one is my real network (but nothing about my real ip) and the network of the PTPP-VPN.

Is this bad? can websites detect my real ip if i use a PTPP-VPN , if JAVA is
    active?

i do everything mentioned above , disable ipv6 , changes the DNS , use vpn lifeguard etc , but i don't know if PTPP-VPN against java/javascript/flash is
    safe.

  2. PPTP is broken. Don't use it. Use another protocol like OpenVPN.

You need to disable JAVA too, that is leaking your i.p.
