I sure hope that the next beta release of AppDefend (GSS) has a systray icon that is different if either RegDefend or AppDefend is disabled.

    I be older and forgetful...

I'll second that,i'm sure that's been mentioned in the 'new features/suggestions part of the forum,so may already be on the cards.

Unlikely the next beta will contain such "visual" enhancements, I will be adding a lot of those things once the core of AppDefend has been finished, somewhere between the last beta and a release candidate. ;)

What AppDefend currently is, isn't exactly all I have planned for it. :)

And then to think that lot of software , will never improve after you paid for it.

Or they just add another 200MB on diskspace usage to it,
make it dot net depended, and add a separate live update program to
it, that can't be removed and call it version 2006...

If you talk with friends regarding Appdefend or Regdefend
and tell them that it has regular improvements,
they act if you have seen a 'ghost'.

    :D
