i need help

I got a notifications from NOD32 saying it found items :
object:
xxvsneverdies-is-the-boss.com/red.exe
threat:
a variant of win32/injector.jm trojan
Information:
connection terminated - quarantined
and another one that says :
object:
c:\document and settings\ ...\local settings\temporary internet file\content.IES\BLN44UJR\red[1].exe
[threat:
a variant of win32/injector.jm trojan
Information:
connection terminated - quarantined

and many of them are pop up every 15 mins , and i viewed Tools > quarantine its full then after a while it ask me if u want to submit this file ...
please i need help for this problem

 

Nod32 is not cleaning your infection. Download & run Malwarebytes anti-malware which is free.

 

Please download and run ESET SysInspector and send the created log to samples[at]eset.com with this thread's url in the subject.
