I know that only one virus checker advised, but is 2 possible without problems?

I decided to give cureit a try and downloaded the exe file to my desktop. When I doublecklicked it the scanner opened ok. For some reason there was no folder for either cureit, or Dr Web?

Problem there is that I am unsure how I could update my definitions that being the case. I think that the original definitions were in TEMP but I didn't put them there. I wonder if I need to have something else installed first before installing cureit?..

Chances are I made some or other mistake, but I can't figure out what!

You have to download a new copy when you need it, for example once a week, the only thing you have to do is to go into the options and set it to all files and then highlight the drive you want to scan and hit the green scan button. It is default set to first try to clean, if not posible then delete and last rename if the two first fails. :)
