    I installed TI8 791 Demo but after that i have some problems into my win-XP.
    When i close or reboot my pc after that shows me that something bad with windows and start scan disk ,looking and check at every partition of the HD and
    when windows finally are loaded the pc crash and reboot again,starting once more scandisk and again reboot and reboot till it turn the same operations in a circle of 4-5 times.After that circle, is ready for work,that's mean to wait every time 60-70-min if i want to work in my pc.It's terrible,more bad than tortures.
    May be isn't a TrueImage problem but i don't know what to do more to fix it.I have try to make defragmentation and registry cleaning,optimizing also but the problem still exist.I'm ready to clean everything and to start reinstall windows from scratch again,but i have much data inside now and it will be a big problem.
    Do you have any idea how to fix this problem without reinstall windows? Tia

    Hello Jerry,

    Thank you for your interest in Acronis True Image (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).

    We are really sorry for the inconveniences.

    Could you please do the following?

    - Open Start\Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Information;
    - Choose the "Save" option in the "File" menu (or "Action" menu under Windows 2000), enter the "File name" and set the field "Save as type" to "System Information File (*.NFO)";
    - Send the saved file to support@acronis.com.

    Please do the following in order to enable mini-dumps.

    - Open Computer properties either by right clicking on My Computer icon and choosing Properties or by opening System properties in Control Panel;
    - Go to Advanced tab;
    - Press Startup and Recover Settings button;
    - Choose Small memory dump in Write debugging information box;
    - Close all the dialog windows by clicking OK buttons.

    Then please reproduce the system crash and send us the mini-dumps created. This will allow us to investigate the problem thoroughly.

    Please include the link to this thread in your request to support@acronis.com.

    Thank you.
