I have just done a Windows update (W7/64) having been shown the upside-down exclamation mark on the Eset tray icon, and have elected NOT to install IE10, which was an optional update. Having restarted the machine after updates were installed, the "Operating system not up to date" exclamation mark is still there, but there are only optional updates shown in the list.

I am a web developer, so I need the version of IE9 I have already. How can I make ESS stop telling me my OS isn't up to date when it actually is?

PS How do you actually contact Support, or can't you do that any more? I liked ESET in the days when they wanted to help customers...

You can configure notifications about Windows updates in the advanced ESS setup accessible via F5.
