I can't update at all!

  1. Last nght, I reformated m computer. Reinstalled Zapro back, with no problems.. Then I installed the Beta 4 Nod32. I can't get it to update! Is my password defunct? I thought I had a license until the end of the year? I haven't seen Rod around much, so I am making this post.. Please let me know, I'd like to get this solved asap..\

    Any error messages? Does the beta username/password mentioned at the download section of nod32.com work?

  3. Well, now I get a connection (I'm on DSL) but it's not finishing it's update...The screenshot I enclose has been like this for over 7 minutes... Should I abort the download and try again?

  4. I aborted. Now it won't let me update. The username and password dialog keep popping up, Then then I click okay, it keeps throwing the same screen back to me. Then I cancel and it says "Incorrect USername or password"...

    My password is not working...
