I can't unistall eset smart security 5.0.95

Past days i have an attack from dns and after while eset get damage and i have to reinstall eset. Now i try to install itunes software and again eset get damage, but now i can't reinstall, because is not in the list of installed programs. I try to uninstall from all programs list and i found that there is no such eset file. But eset says Antivirus and antispyware protection desable

 

Try manual removal

Try reinstalling it back then uninstall it.
