I can't download at last upgrades

    My problem is : I can't download the last upgrades:'( . I have trying much more time as until have download the upgrades, at sometimes I trying more of 32th times:mad: . And my username and password at purchase ago a one week:( . I hope can help me. For your attention thanks.:rolleyes:

    Hello,

    Try downloading a new copy of ESET Smart Security following the instructions in the email you received with your license, uninstalling the currently-installed version, then installing the new copy you downloaded.

    Does that make any difference?
