It's unclear what feature you're requesting or why it would be important to add this feature. This may also be why the thread has gone unanswered so far.

If you're asking for the option to open a quarantined file from the ESET program window, I don't believe that feature would be wise. Files in quarantine are backups of files that were deemed to be potential threats to your system. These files cannot be opened while in quarantine.

If you'd like to open a quarantined file, you would do so at your own risk and would need to "restore" the file in order to open it. You can use the "Restore To..." option to choose where you would like to restore the file, if the new location is different than the original location.

 

I think he means "open location of original file" to the contextual menu - just guessing though.
