The government's.... beetle task force has forwarded 35 recommendations to [Forum]Minister [Paul W.] as part of the input process toward putting together an action plan, expected in time for the start of the winter [forum posting] season.

* Eliminate [irrelevant or annoying beetle posts], set [posting limits] to reflect the cost of [having to read ] beetle-infested [forum sections] and reflect any reduced value of the [site caused thereby], increase the supply of [worthy posts] to value-added [threads], encourage native involvement, and use the [opinions of others] locally wherever possible.
