    Hi,

Is it possible to configure to set update priority?
Top priority is to update through local update server then web update.
Laptops will update through our local update server when connected to our network. But when outside company, laptop can't detect our network and skip to update from the web.

    Help is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!

    Hello,

You just have to set up a secondary profile defining the parameters. It will always try to update from the primary first. Failing that it rolls over to the secondary and updates from our servers.

It's explained in detail here. http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN761
