I'm not quite sure what you mean by "turn off", however here are some simple instructions: If MRU-Blaster Scheduler is what you are referring to, the easiest way to prevent it from running is to delete the shortcut in your "Startup" folder in your Start Menu. MRU-Blaster itself only runs on demand (the scheduler is an external program I made that is included in the install for ease of configuration, since many people wish to have their systems cleaned constantly).
