how to set screen resolutin or refresh on boot

    is there a way to set screen resolurion or refresh rate before booting into windows ? either a small script or batch that can be set to run on powerup

    Do not work as wanted without task scheduler! But it never would work on power up, thats limited from BIOS to VGA and the boot screen with running circle is fixed, maybe at the logon screeen.
