How to remove "Ulubione Strony.exe."

I have Norton's Internet Prof Sec w/ Anti-virus, Ad-aware, Spybot and I give the Hijackthis log below. How do I get rid of this Polish Sex file: Ulubione Strony.exe? I delete the file but on reboot, voila, it's there encore.

hijack this isn't as hot as it is made out to be. I haven't found any great success with that software since the moment I reboot after using hijackthis, the same files re-appear.
