How to remove a worm

Apologies if this might be basic, but I am not that clever with computers. ESS 5 has just quarantined a worm- win32/Dorkbot.B- that came from an acquaintance in Australia. When I right click on it there is only one delete option and that is to delete from the quarantine, not delete off the computer. The help files are no assistance as they say 'Delete from computer', so how do I get rid of it please? (The file path is about a mile long btw!) MBAM and ESet scans show clear.

 

Delete from quarantine = delete from computer, just don't restore it.

 

Thank you for that, it has been done. The delete was not explanatory enough to my eyes. Cheers DM
