How to prevent programs from adding exceptions to Windows 7 Firewall?

    Useful tip. Legit programs will abide but I'm still inclined to say that there's nothing to stop a rogue program with admin rights to modify those entries if it really wants to. :p

    I agree. Any program that has admin rights can do whatever it wants on the system.

    I think the rules created automatically by programs will be useless if you disable the dns client and doesn't give global permission for udp 53.

    EDIT: i am wrong, they also create udp rule.
