I recently installed nod32 and am now testing the NOD32 on-demand scan feature (in silent mode). I'm wondering if there's a way to monitor progress. So far the only thing I know to do is check percent cpu usage of nod32.exe in Task Manager and/or to look at the NOD32 scanner logs. The latter is not very helpful since it just says 'cleaning'. Also, I've noticed that the cleaning status is not always correct. For example, after a reboot while a scan is in progress, the scan stops, but the status is not updated. Is this a bug? Basically, it would be helpful just to have a percent complete or at least see which file it was working on.

If you want to see the progress you must use a visible scan.

In the case of a reboot as you mentioned, since the scan never actually gets finished or stopped but just terminated it does not have an opportunity to notify the Control Center of it's 'completed' status.

    Cheers :)
