How to install protection for new EZULA??

How to install protection for new EZULA on SpywareBlaster??

Comcast version of Internet Explorer repeatedly reinstalls ezula. Any action using Internet Explorer installs ezula. I keep removing it with "Internet Cleanup" but the next internet connection re-infects.

Google probably uses I.E. for the internet, using Google installs ezula.
Using any of my program that connects the internet installs ezula.

I don't think this particular Ezula strain gets installed by way of ActiveX controls.

The registry key where SB "does its thing" is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ActiveX Compatibility

It can't protect you from malware that's installed any other way.

Looked there but found over a thousand keys, nothing looks like the three keys I listed. How to find what is inserting my problem??

Went back to my SB protections and put {} around the keys, didn't help.
Went to internet tools, checked active x protections, all secure, you're right, getting in some other way. How to find??

I'm not sure what you're trying to do; as I said, there's no way you can either edit the Registry or tweak SB in order to prevent getting infected by this type of foistware.

Just tighten your security settings as explained in the article I linked to, and watch what you download.

Ezula removed and prevented! Just got the latest "Internet Cleanup 4.0" from Aladdin (Now Allume Systems) and it worked!
