How to have VAT / ABN in the billing receipt

Hello,

It'd be very important for my employer needs that our "partita IVA" (the word in English should be VAT or ABN number) shows in the billing receipt but I didn't find a way to fill the online order form so that this happens.

Could you please give me suggestions?

I contacted tech support but they say it's more a sales department question.

 

This would indeed be a question for sales - I suggest writing back into the inbox or calling in and having them direct you to the sales team.

 

Wrote back to support asking for sales contact..........

I'd prefer to make the thing by email, I'm not too good in English by phone

Being in Italy I wonder which one should I wrote to.

 

Managed to get the VAT in the billing receipt compiling the Company field.......lucky me
