How to finish with a browser hijacker

    Hello,
    I'm new to this forum and have one question :
    I'm using a Windows 2K Pro system along with Internet Explorer 6.0
    A browser hijacker has been installed on my system, witch imposes a homepage of it's own (whatever I set for homepage is changed to fr.msn.com).
    For now I've installed SpywareGuard.
    How can I remove that browser hijacker and revert to the previous settings (or the settings I want) ?
