how to define rulefor software in ESET Smart Security

hi
i switched from Kaspersky to ESET Smart Security because its very faster than kaspersky.but seems dont have setting like kaspersky or harder
now i want put rule for my software and dont know how do it.
example: i want place rule for KMPlayer that ESET dont scan it and just
block internet access.
so how i do it?
also if ESET detect software is Trojan how to exclude it from scan and allow to run it?
and how to select folder to prevent scan and allow to run content?

also ESET detect Reg2exe is Trojan
can you make it trust
