How do I limit the bandwidth that each computer on my home network uses? It seems as if some use almost all of my available bandwidth robbing others.

    hi, maybe these might help>

NetLimiter is an ultimate internet traffic control and monitoring tool designed for Windows. You can use NetLimiter to set download/upload transfer rate limits for applications or even single connection and monitor their internet traffic.
iNet Shaper is an Internet access Accounting and Management software for Ethernet and Wireless Networks, sharing any type of Internet Connection. It based on router with NAT, traffic shaping (optional bandwidth limitation for user)

    Bandwidth Controller 1.07
This allows you to restrict bandwidth to some machines and not others. Or you may choose to restrict certain types of traffic (HTTP, Peer to peer file sharing etc.).
