How to contact ESET support in english

Hi.

First of all. Sorry for this off topic but I cannot find any way to communicate to international support in the contact form from the web page.

I am Mexican, I live in Mexico and I got my software using the international page.

I like to get support (regarding renewal of the product) and when I click on the contact to make a support ticket I am redirected to the Latin America support contact page. In there I am requested to mandatory supply my username which is not valid in latin america just because I made the purchase form the international site, not the latin one, so I cannot make a contact there either.

This is silly. I am still trying to get some way of communication with you but I cannot find it.

Any direct link to contact international support is appreciated.

Thank you fixer but that link re directs me to http://www.eset-la.com/support/contact.php as I mentioned.

Some wise guy program the whole thing to give me the "proper" page...
