how to block these ports 6666 6669 in McAfee

Hi, I was wondering how i would go about blocking these ports in the new version of the McAfee firewall? any help would be very helpful, Thanx

 

Ok I kinda know how to do this in the firewall;

Prevent IRC Communication Ports 6666-6669 Outbound
Prevent IRC Communication Ports 6666-6669 Inbound

But would it need to be for TCP or UDP or even both, I am unsure so nay help is very welcome, Thank

 

If you want to insure no traffic on these ports, your rules should cover both protocols.

Do you need these rules? Does the firewall not block these by default? ie. anything not permitted is denied by default.
