How To Block data:text/html;base64 Popups?

In recent weeks, I have been seeing data:text/html;base64 popups when clicking on some web pages.
I mainly use Firefox, and it is clean. I also have ABP installed.

Does anyone know how to block these annoying popups?

 

i dont think that ABP is capable to do this, i even dont know if uBlock but uBlock has more features.

This is a "newer" ABP-Issue.

data:text/html;base64 popups are becoming more common.

I guess they are fighting back against the Ad blockers.
