I haven't seen any really good reviews so far.

The biggest turn off is the massive price tag. I won't consider purchasing it until the price matches competitors more readily.

EDIT: Currently running a trial of WSA Complete 2012.

When testing a few malware samples WSA started attempting to clean them as soon as I tried to execute each of them. When attempting to download one other sample WSA did a quick scan which seemed to remove it. Based on the small amount of testing I did the product would be safe enough for most regular users to use when it comes to normal browsing.

Performance wise there is almost no noticeable impact on computer resources and best of all I can view all my usual websites without any conflicts.

I am running it with Windows Firewall enabled as that was what Prevxhelp suggested in another thread.

No AV will catch 100% of the malware up-to 75,000 to 100,000 new and variants everyday and WSA has great detection and for any reason you get infected WSA support will help clean it up and if they can't they will connect remotely and clean it up for you Free of charge! Here is a great review: Floats like a butterfly and stings malware like a 10-pound hornet

Happy to say i have had no issues at all since install.oNly problem i had was getting my pswd mgmt and online backup up and running due to an issue with my email address and an old webroot acct.I contacted support and very quickly the problem was resolved. That's what i love about this product. Not only is it light and does the job unnoticed, but if you have any problem at all, support will do everything they can to remedy your situation(they even called me to get things resolved).Support is the big reason(also the prevx engine)why i jumped from Kaspersky to this product.Having used everything over the years from PC Tools, old webroot Spy Sweeper, norton,Kaspersky,i can honestly say i feel very very safe that i am protected by WSA.I echo the moderator in saying no product has 100% detectrion rate or block rate for that matter. As all pc's are somewhat different in configuration, you can only give one organization's reviews of a product so much weight. There are a great many variables which alot of testing does not address. As for staying infection free,i have always believed a little common sense goes a long way.Don't download keygens, bootlegs, etc. As for all the praise Symantec gets every year for detection and block rate,Norton protected pcs are in alot of the shops i frequent with tons of infections. You can have all the detection you want, but without some common sense influenced best practices, any protection can be beat.I would hope you keep this product. It has indeed earned my respect.Regards

But the last version 2011 of Webroot didn't score that well on Av-Comparatives it was last of everyone. But i have a good feeling that they aren't last this time.

But should a favourable review appear on You Tube would we be able to add it to your reputable testing site list ?

You really cannot even use previous Webroot scores against it now...it's not even remotely the same product...

Based on Prevx Technology is an understatement to protect Webroot's name. They basically handed the keys to Joe and he made Prevx 4 and they called it SecureAnywhere. :)

I can't imagine crow would taste very good, and we certainly wouldn't want you to subject yourself to that, so feel free to stick to your normal dietary considerations ;)

I would want the default configuration to be adequate. I don't want to be playing around with the parameters of this program. Please confirm the default configuration is adequate.
    Thank you.
