Hi, I'm sorry if this has already been asked. I enjoy more and more using Lucid Puppy just about for everything. Even though it is well known that any Linux distro is basically safer than Windows, how does Puppy fare say against key loggers? Is there anything that can be added to improve this aspect of security?

It is my understanding that when using Puppy Linux you are always logged in as ROOT (Full Admin Rights). This bothers me. Someone please confirm.

    Thank you.

Your're right, this is another thought about the overall security of Puppy Linux. Basically running into a site that is infected, one can only hope that key loggers coded for Windows won't run in Linux. Seems to me that the only indication at this stage would come from the browser in use.
