How many times do I have to ask for a refund?

    I've asked over 7 times for a refund of TI 8.0. I've used all the method that are available to me:

    email support
    voicemail sales
    post a thread on this forum

    The last response I got was this, 7 hours ago:

    What do I need to supply to get a refund, and how do I get a confirmation that it was done?

    My experience is that at least Anton can be reled upon to do what he says he'll do.

    Again, several hours is hardly a benchmark for software refunds. I'll bet you have your refund within a week.
