We do!! We do!! ..................... http://users.telenet.be/honeybee1/smiley225.gif well, I'm not sure about the numbers, but, we use Firefox!! http://img125.echo.cx/img125/7155/attention9ha.gif
Probably 99 pct Firefox and 1 pct IE-6 here, the latter essentially just for Win Updates. I used to also have to use IE for anyplace involving java applets, because of the long-standing intermittent incompatibility problems between FF and the Sun RTE's. But Sun and Mozilla must have finally got their heads together and cooperated, 'cause the latest versions of each work quite nicely together.
I use it 99.99% of the time ... I use IE once a month for the Windows Update Site - which is the only time I even use Windows anymore (I still haven't DL'd and installed the patches for the latest exploit). In linux I use Firefox 100% of the time, I don't even have any other browser installed except Konqueror as it's the default system file browser for KDE.
I was a hard and fast IE user. No particular reason other than stubborness. Until two days ago I finally broke down and downloaded a copy. It's installed and Yesterday I noticed something peculiar. I see threads in the forums differently. Yep somethings are missing. Not so with FF so this may be good reason to switch over. I can see the missing stuff with FireFox. Hmmmm!
OK! here's the jist. 99% IE and 1% FF. May soon change but, FF just caused me a ton of grief. How do I upgrade slowly from 1.0.7 to the new 1.5 without crashing it? Send me in the right direction!
